The mandates include logistics, warehousing, retail and industrial, as well as property with public tenants, with a particular focus on stable cash flows and a weighted average lease term (WAULT) of a minimum of 7 years.

 

In addition, the purchase of apartment buildings with potential for further development and resale is being considered.
