1. General
Off Market Eiendom provides introduction and facilitation services within investment real estate, including yield-generating properties and real estate portfolios. The services are aimed at professional market participants and investors.
2. Not Real Estate Brokerage
Off Market Eiendom does not engage in real estate brokerage and is not subject to supervision by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) or the Norwegian Real Estate Brokerage Act.
The company does not act as an intermediary in real estate transactions in the legal sense and does not assist with:

bidding or receipt of offers

negotiations on behalf of the parties

drafting or execution of agreements

settlement or handling of client funds
3. Role and Responsibility
Off Market Eiendom acts solely as an independent facilitator and introducer between potential buyers and sellers.
Any transaction is carried out directly between the parties, and it is the sole responsibility of the parties to:

conduct necessary investigations (due diligence)

obtain legal, tax, and technical advice

structure and execute the transaction
4. Information and Disclaimer
All information provided through Off Market Eiendom is based on sources considered reliable; however, no guarantees are given as to its completeness or accuracy.

5. Confidentiality
Information received may be confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from Off Market Eiendom AS or the relevant party.
If discussions do not result in a transaction, all received material is expected to be deleted.
6. Fees
Off Market Eiendom may receive compensation from one or more parties in connection with a successful introduction or facilitation.
Any such fees will be agreed separately.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be sought resolved amicably and may be brought before the ordinary courts of Norway.
